Captain Dan Fortunas is an avid outdoorsman. He has enjoyed hunting and fishing his whole life. Captain Dan is a true waterman with his aquatic resume sporting not only fishing but diving, spearfishing, and competitive paddleboard racing as well. Capt. Dan lives with his wife Andrea on St. George Island, just steps from the flats where he loves to fish.It is rare for Capt. Dan not to have a line in the water awaiting the thrill of his next catch.

Allen Mathis
Captain Allen Mathis was raised to be a captain just like his brother before him. Born in Apalachicola, to this day you'll never find him very far from the bay. He loves sharing his passion for fishing and navigating the Apalachicola river, bay and surrounding fish havens with families and fishermen alike. His lifetime of experience allows him to be the perfect guide for all levels from the novice fishermen to seasoned anglers. Make the memories of a lifetime on board with Capt. Allen.

Captain Anthony Poloronis found his calling from somewhere in the deep blue. A country boy at heart, when he is not hunting or spending time with his wife and young daughters he is trolling to win the latest fishing tournament. Capt. Anthony's voracious drive to catch the next big one goes unprecedented. There is no mistake that Capt. Anthony's true specialty is offshore slaying.

Captain Sam Fortunas spends most of her days out on the water helping others cultivate a love for the local area through her stand up paddleboard business Island Fit SUP&Yoga. Passionate about spreading knowledge and conservation for the local area she is an expert guide for eco-tours and expeditions. Skilled on the water, she loves to paddleboard fish and guide excursions. Roger Mathis
Captain Roger Mathis was born and raised from the salt of Apalachicola shoreline. He learned to navigate the bay from an early age by oystering with his father who owns a local fish house. Capt. Roger is a master of the cast net and just as skilled with a rod and reel. Every native on the bay knows Capt. Roger by name. He claims a vendetta on the flats fish but works with equal ease catching the monsters of the deep reefs.
